Eco-textile Spinning & Weaving
Ruyi Eco-textile Industrial Park demonstrates its world-leading spinning and weaving capabilities with automated intelligent spinning system. A fully digital management system, it operates the whole production process from blowing-carding unit, automatic comber lap transfer to roving-ring link conveying system, automatic packaging, and online quality detection and control. Its production cost is even less than 20 labors per 10,000 spindles. The Park was also recognized as China Yinchuan Ruyi Digital Intelligent Spinning Technology Demonstration Base by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.
Intelligent Equipment
Since 2010, Ruyi has been transforming and upgrading from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. Starting from marketing and design, it has established the customer-centric rapid response system, decentralized business process, CAD fabric and clothing design system, 3D effect display and online marketing platform. Ruyi Enterprise Cloud System also develops a new rapid response mode comprehensively supporting supply side.
On the manufacturing end, Ruyi is backed by best-in-class, fully intelligent production equipment. The production line gathers some of the most advanced spinning, weaving and dyeing equipment and supportive testing equipment selectively imported from Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, among all.
Clothing hardware upgrades are implemented with intelligent hardware configurations. With automatic warehouse, automatic cutting, automatic material distribution and automatic sewing, the production process is fully adjustable. Internet manufacturing and transformation have made the whole production process digitalized and intelligent. Powered by automatic data storage and meta-analysis, it completes the upgrade process of intelligent, digital, network and hardware.
