In addition, Ruyi purposefully nurtures nearly a hundred of technical professionals. A group of experts or accredited Doctor of Philosophy, Master’s Degree, Senior Engineer or Intermediate Engineer, they are China’s industrial elites who are winners of China National Science and Technology Progress Award, young and seasoned experts with outstanding contribution to China, recipients of special government allowance, and technology professionals recognized as Provincial or Municipal Best Technology Professional.

Talent Development
Ruyi implements talent development strategy to address our staff’s personal development.
Selected Ruyi’s senior management have enrolled in prestigious EMBA programs such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University and Renmin University of China. The Master of Engineering program at Donghua University in Shanghai has also admitted over twenty selected young talents from Ruyi.
Ruyi also establishes an overseas study and intensive training program. Every year, various groups of intermediate to senior management are assigned to attend overseas professional training, familiarizing themselves with the most advanced textile and apparel technologies, and keeping abreast of global trends.
In addition, Ruyi operates its own business college and training center, encouraging staff to participate in internal courses. Available in an array of courses from secondary to undergraduate levels, it enhances our entire workforce’s level of education and professionalism.
At the same time, Ruyi takes the initiative to expand its training scope, combining topical brainstorming and technical consultation in its technology, technique and methodology courses. To improve management standards and cultivate multi-faceted talents, intermediate to senior management are required to participate in management theory and skill training sessions.
